Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to maintain and upkeep facilities related equipment in good condition to ensure its capability and readiness to support production.
• Responsible to trouble shoot and conduct periodical maintenance for facilities related equipments.
• Responsible for facilities new equipment installation or present equipment modification.   
• Responsible and ensure proper compliance of all related manufacturing activities in accordance to existing internal and external rules & regulation.
• Maintaining related documents and records properly.
• Responsible on maintenance shut-down preparations
• To supervise, train and educate subordinates on maintenance related jobs and others
• To perform jobs instructed by superior

Job Requirements

Requirement:

• Possess tertiary education in Electrics/Electronics/Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment, specifically in maintenance and service of the equipments and machineries.
• Experience in supervision/team management skill.
• Able to plan, organize, analyzes and contribute in maintaining reliable and efficient production machine and equipment
• Able to trouble shoot machine failure and take necessary action to reduce loss time significantly
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Computer literate 
• Able to communicate in Japanese to liaise with the Japanese team.
• Willing to work in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia.
