Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily factory operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Manage and supervise factory staff, including training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a factory supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Familiarity with factory equipment and safety protocols.
• Must be able to work in Perak area.
• FMCG experience is preferred.
