<li>Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.</li>
<li>Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management.</li>
<li>Monitor overall financial health, cash flow, and profitability.</li>
<li>Support business expansion, investment decisions, and cost optimization.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Oversee audit processes and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.</li>
<li>Establish and strengthen internal controls, policies, and SOPs.</li>
<li>Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation measures.</li>
<li>Partner with Team Manager on project’s financial planning and cost control.</li>
<li>Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and administrative team.</li>
</ul>
<p>Operation:</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations) to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Review and ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li>
<li>Oversee invoicing, collections, and payment processes to ensure efficiency and timeliness.</li>
<li>Ensure proper maintenance of accurate financial records and documentation.</li>
<li>Oversee payments, banking transactions, and fund transfers, ensuring appropriate controls and approvals.</li>
<li>Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).</li>
<li>Oversee office administration, facilities, and procurement.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth daily office operations and support functions.</li>
</ul>
