<p>Our client is looking for a Head of Product to lead our product strategy and roadmap across our core technology platforms. You’ll define the “why,” “what,” and “when” of the products we build and ensure alignment between market needs, business goals, and technical execution. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, commercial, and compliance teams to scale impactful solutions across insurance, investment, and financial service verticals.</p>

<li>Define and own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all the InsurTech platforms.</li>
<li>Translate business goals into clear product priorities, requirements, and timelines.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure successful product execution.</li>
<li>Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.</li>
<li>Lead product discovery and manage the full product lifecycle — from ideation, prototyping, MVPs, launch, to iteration.</li>
<li>Drive data-driven product decisions with a strong focus on user experience, adoption, and business outcomes.</li>
<li>Maintain and prioritize product backlog, epics, and features in collaboration with engineering and design leads.</li>
<li>Support go-to-market planning with marketing and commercial teams.</li>
<li>Actively collaborate with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure product-market fit and rollout of product enhancements.</li>
<li>Own and track key product metrics – feature adoption, retention, NPS, churn reduction – and optimize based on insights.</li>
<li>Ensure product releases meet regulatory, technical, and performance requirements.</li>
