<ul><li> Collaborate on space planning, conceptual design, and design development to define design
direction.
<li> Serve as the main point of contact with clients, presenting and selling design concepts.
<li> Attend client meetings and handle client correspondence.
<li> Create construction drawings and assist with tender processes and site observations.
<li> Review and manage design team’s tender/construction drawing packages.
<li> Prepare sample boards, presentation materials, and PowerPoint presentations.
<li> Ensure drawings and finishes are signed off by clients.
<li> Support the elevation of design standards and quality control.
<li> Conduct site analysis and inventory assessments.
<li> Ensure projects meet client requirements, stay within scope, and adhere to budget.
<li> Liaise with suppliers and vendors for quotes and material quality.
<li> Attend weekly client and contractor meetings during project kick-off.
<li> Manage design-related responsibilities and assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by the Design Director or Managing Director.
