<li>Identify and develop new business opportunities through alliance tie-ups such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers &amp; lawyers.</li>
<li>Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.</li>
<li>Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending.</li>
