Job Description

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to explore the true underlying business needs and refine them into product solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, testing, user acceptance, and post-launch tracking.
• Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product deliverables meet business expectations and quality standards.
• Continuously track product performance and gather feedback for ongoing improvements.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
• Experience with management systems, enterprise platforms, or financial systems is preferred.
• Proficient in product analysis and UX tools such as Axure and XMind, with strong documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with good problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Background in programming or technical understanding is a plus.
