What You’ll Do

• Work closely with founders, engineering, and design teams to define the product roadmap.
• Collaborate deeply with designers to refine flows, create intuitive experiences, and maintain design consistency.
• Perform regular UX audits to identify usability issues and propose improvements.
• Translate user needs, market insights, and business goals into clear product specifications.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate research, planning, documentation, and decision-making.
• Manage the full product lifecycle — discovery, planning, prototyping, development, launch, and iteration.
• Analyze user behavior, usage patterns, and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketplace, content, and operations teams to align features with seller and buyer workflows.
• Conduct competitive research on livestream commerce, collectibles platforms, and global marketplace trends.
• Participate in user testing sessions and validate hypotheses.
• Write product requirements, acceptance criteria, and release notes.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in product management or related roles. (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios or internship experience are welcome to apply.)
• Strong understanding of mobile and web product development.
• Must be good with AI tools for research, documentation, and productivity.
• Comfortable performing UX audits and identifying experience-level issues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with designers and engineers.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bonus points if you’re into collectibles (TCG, comics, sneakers, toys, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma.
• Basic understanding of analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Firebase, GA4).
• Familiarity with agile workflows (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with livestream commerce, marketplaces, or payment/fintech products.
• Passion for community-driven platforms.
• Appreciation for good sci-fi worldbuilding — it tends to make product vision discussions more fun.
