<p>Our client is currently looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) cum Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented individual who can bridge business needs with system functionalities while ensuring software quality and reliability.</p>

<p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.</li>
<li>Requirement Study for Client and System in Manufacturing Execution System (MES): Conduct in-depth requirement analysis for clients and system functionalities within MES to ensure alignment with business needs.</li>
<li>Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.</li>
<li>Software Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality and adherence to business requirements.</li>
<li>Test Case Development: Create comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data for manual and automated testing.</li>
<li>Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with the development team to resolve them.</li>
<li>User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with stakeholders to validate system functionality.</li>
<li>System Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation, including requirements, test cases, and user manuals.</li>
<li>Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure successful project execution.</li>
<li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: Utilize BI tools to analyze data and generate insights that support business decision-making.</li>
</ul>
