<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Resident Technical Officer (RTO) – Civil &amp; Structural</strong> to join our client's team in Singapore. This role is ideal for professionals with proven hands-on experience in construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and monitor site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.</li>
<li>Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on work progress and workmanship.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to relevant authorities’ regulations and safety standards.</li>
<li>Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues promptly.</li>
<li>Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the <strong>Building Control Act</strong>.</li>
<li>Supervise timely execution of works, maintain quality control, and ensure alignment with contract specifications, drawings, project timelines, and site instructions.</li>
