Location: Singapore (Relocation Required)

Salary Range: SGD 4,800 – 5,300 per month (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Resident Technical Officer (RTO) – Civil & Structural to join our client's team in Singapore. This role is ideal for professionals with proven hands-on experience in construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on work progress and workmanship.
• Ensure adherence to relevant authorities’ regulations and safety standards.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
• Supervise timely execution of works, maintain quality control, and ensure alignment with contract specifications, drawings, project timelines, and site instructions.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
• Must be a Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES.
• Strong knowledge of Civil & Structural construction methods, codes, and standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing and able to perform shift work.
• Open to candidates who are ready to relocate to Singapore.
