<li>Enforce outlets compliance with the organisation standards and Dealer Operating Standards (DOS) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.</li>
<li>Provide latest market information including competitor activity, regulatory updates (JPJ, PUSPAKOM), banking trends, and government policies—to support strategic decision-making</li>
