Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Set and manage monthly dealer sales targets aligned with regional and company objectives.
  • Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly retail sales (RS) and registration targets within the assigned region.
  • Monitor dealer performance, bookings versus cancellations, and stock levels; and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with dealers on sales results, registrations, and target progress.
  • Manage dealer allocation, payment discipline, and discount levels in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure dealer compliance with AMA regulations and minimize dealer complaints across the network.
  • Develop and execute dealer development plans, including capability building and performance improvement.
  • Ensure Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, and dealer management are trained and aligned with business requirements.
  • Oversee sales funnel activities, including roadshows, test drives, lead management, and conversion effectiveness.
  • Monitor regional market share and competitor activities and drive initiatives to strengthen brand presence.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Commercial Management, Economics, Automotive Engineering, or Machinery Engineering.
  • More than 5 years of work experience in automobile sales and dealer network management.
  • Abundant resources and existing relationships with dealer groups and individual dealers.
  • Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability, and execution ability; relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities.
  • Strong ability to withstand pressure, strong subjective initiative, and the daring to innovate and break through.
