<p><strong>Job Scope:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Set and manage monthly dealer sales targets aligned with regional and company objectives.</li>
<li>Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly retail sales (RS) and registration targets within the assigned region.</li>
<li>Monitor dealer performance, bookings versus cancellations, and stock levels; and implement corrective actions when required.</li>
<li>Conduct regular performance reviews with dealers on sales results, registrations, and target progress.</li>
<li>Manage dealer allocation, payment discipline, and discount levels in compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Ensure dealer compliance with AMA regulations and minimize dealer complaints across the network.</li>
<li>Develop and execute dealer development plans, including capability building and performance improvement.</li>
<li>Ensure Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, and dealer management are trained and aligned with business requirements.</li>
<li>Oversee sales funnel activities, including roadshows, test drives, lead management, and conversion effectiveness.</li>
<li>Monitor regional market share and competitor activities and drive initiatives to strengthen brand presence.</li>
