We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Senior Art Director to join our integrated agency team. The ideal candidate will bring strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and leadership skills to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels — digital, social, experiential, and beyond. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and inspires both clients and creatives alike.

<li>Creative Leadership: Drive the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring work aligns with client objectives while pushing creative boundaries.</li>
<li>Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions and develop innovative ideas across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.</li>
<li>Visual Direction: Oversee the design, art direction, and execution of creative assets — from digital campaigns and social content to print, events, and experiential activations.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and production teams to bring ideas to life.</li>
<li>Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers/art directors, providing constructive feedback to elevate creative output.</li>
<li>Client Engagement: Confidently present and articulate creative concepts to clients, justifying design rationale and vision.</li>
<li>Quality Control: Ensure all creative deliverables meet the highest visual and brand standards, from concept to final execution.</li>
