<li>Manage both direct and indirect tax compliance matters of LBS Group for both Malaysian and overseas entities ensuring compliance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare / review transfer pricing (“TP”) documentation and assist in the implementation of TP requirements on related companies’ transactions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support Accounts team on tax provision calculation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with tax authorities, government agencies, tax consultants and other external parties on all tax matters for the Malaysian and overseas entities within LBS Group.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist business / operating units on the tax implications from new business structure / transactions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle tax audits and queries from tax administration on as-needed basis.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow up on findings from tax audits and advise required changes for improving tax compliance status</li>
