<li>Assisting the Accounting Department with various tasks.</li>
<li>Generating daily reports for payment remittances, vouchers, and online banking.</li>
<li>Maintaining the daily cash book for OCBC, CIMB, and Ambank.</li>
<li>Conducting daily reconciliations of the payment gateway, including TNG.</li>
<li>Handling payments to suppliers.</li>
<li>Issuing monthly invoices to customers for rentals or services.</li>
<li>Entering supplier invoices into the system.</li>
<li>Managing accounting transactions and updating ledgers, budgets, and other records.</li>
<li>Supporting audits, verifying information, and addressing discrepancies.</li>
<li>Carrying out routine office duties such as filing, data entry, phone handling, and mail processing.</li>
</ul>
