Job Description
- Lead the research & analysis phase including requirement gathering
- Drive the user story development and execution of the Next Generation Consumer / Sales App down to operationalizing features built
- Manage and plan the pre-launch readiness activities including development of operation guide and launch brief
- Lead all task / inquiries relating to resolution management
- Drive consumer growth, retention, user activity and engagement within the Next Generation Apps
Job Requirements
- Has a Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- Has about 3-5 years of experiences in product management and development for Mobile / Web Apps
- Ability to think strategically for each step of the product lifecycle, from design to launch to distribution
- Ability to be self-directed but also collaborative
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, manage expectations and conflicting needs of stakeholders
