Job Description
- Own the brand’s TikTok content – script, shoot or brief creators; edit in CapCup / Adobe to spin-off top clips into potential Meta Ads.
- Set the weekly Live calendar with our external live‑stream agency — suggest improvements, themes / topics, & product offers for viewers.
- Design tiered commissions, sample seeding, leaderboards and prize pools that keep TikTok Affiliates posting — and protect margin.
- Recruit, brief and motivate TikTok Affiliates to create content to feature our products.
- Own and maintain performance marketing dashboards for TikTok in content and livestream for both brands.
- Translate insights from performance marketing dashboards into clear next steps for creative, offers or ad budget shifts in TikTok
Job Requirements
- 1 + yrs in creator‑led marketing, e‑commerce or social commerce; beauty / skincare or parenting verticals a bonus.
- Copy & storytelling instincts: able to create scripts that catches attention and hold it with engaging storytelling narrative.
- Data‑literate: comfortable in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Fluent in English & Malay; comfortable on‑camera or coaching those who are.
- Hands‑on with TikTok Shop Seller Center, LIVE Studio, Ads Manager, and CapCut.
- Self‑starter who thrives in rapid testing, resourceful, and have a huge appetite to learn.
