Job Description
- Oversee workshop operations, coordinate daily workshop schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Supervise repair progress and ensure warranty compliance per SANY procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and training to the team, and develop improvement plans.
- Manage workshop performance against KPIs, control budget, and prepare reports for management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- Proficiency in Mandarin (able to liaise with suppliers from China)
- Possession of a valid Class D driving license
- Preferred final semester student
