Job Description

The F&B Service Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menu and provide detailed information when requested (e.g., ingredients, promotions, recommendations) 
• Take accurate food and beverage orders 
• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly 
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally 
• Clear tables and reset for the next guests 
• Prepare bills and handle payment transactions 
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations and equipment 
• Follow hygiene, safety and SOP standards 
• Assist in opening and closing duties

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification 
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays 
• Basic math skills for billing and payments
