What you need to do: 

• Daily Financial Management: Handle daily financial tasks including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, claims, and routine payments, etc.
  日常财务管理： 负责日常财务处理，包括AP, AR, Bank recon, claim, routine payment等。
• Accounts and Reporting: Regularly prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure data accuracy.
  账目和报表： 定期准备月度、季度和年度报告，确保数据准确无误。
• Cost Control: Analyze and control company operating costs, providing suggestions to optimize financial status.
  成本控制： 分析和控制公司运营成本，提供成本控制建议，优化公司财务状况。
• Financial Analysis: Analyze the company's financial status, provide financial forecasts and recommendations to support management decisions.
  财务分析： 对公司的财务状况进行分析，提供财务预测和建议，支持管理层的决策。

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related fields.
  拥有至少 Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance 等相关科系的学历。
• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
  至少拥有 2-3 年会计相关的工作经验。
• Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
  母语为中文。
• Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, positive attitude and knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  注重细节，具备较强的问题解决能力和灵活应变能力，拥有积极的态度，并熟悉销售和市场营销的原则与策略。
• Responsible and reliable with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  责任心强，可靠，具备独立工作和团队合作的能力。
• Adaptability and willingness to collaborate with others to meet business goals.
  适应性强，愿意与他人合作以实现业务目标。
• Candidate with SQL Software experience is more preferrable.
  有 SQL Software 经验者优先考虑
