<li>⁠  ⁠Lead the budget preparation process, working closely with department heads to develop comprehensive budgets aligned with organizational goals and objectives.</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Conduct regular account analysis and comparisons to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning initiatives.</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and internal policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries and various authorities to ensure timely completion of audit, corporate tax submission and other statutory submission.</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠To support the department in any other ad-hoc related duties.</li>
