<li>We are seeking an organized and proactive Account Executive cum Admin to oversee and maintain our financial accounts and records. This position calls for an individual who excels at multitasking prioritizing effectively and communicating clearly</li>

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
<ul>
<li>Manage daily finance and accounting tasks including petty cash reimbursements invoice generation bank reconciliations and cost analysis.</li>
<li>Supervise the collection of invoices from all outlets, conduct data entry and review documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and filing for all accounting activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders regarding all accounts payable and receivable inquiries.</li>
<li>Calculate and prepare payroll for staff including hours worked and overtime.</li>
<li>Keep suppliers’ sourcing information and pricing up to date.</li>
<li>Provide administrative assistance to the finance team and other departments as necessary.</li>
<li>Complete any additional ad-hoc tasks as required.</li>
</ul>
