<li>Prepare staff monthly payroll details and liaise with the business owner. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and petty cash. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Order and track inventory of office and packaging supplies. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Help with scheduling staff shifts and updating work rosters. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the shop owner with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Order office supplies and manage stock levels. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers as needed. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.</li>
