Job Description

To support day-to-day finance and administrative operations by accurately processing purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and invoices, while ensuring smooth documentation flow and compliance with internal SOPs

Accounts Support

  • Process and verify POs, DOs, and supplier/customer invoices
  • Assist in invoice matching, coding, and data entry into accounting systems
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams for billing queries and document follow-ups
  • Support monthly closing activities and reconciliation tasks

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain organized filing systems for finance and operational documents
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal tracking
  • Assist in scheduling, meeting coordination, and office supply management
  • Ad-hoc support upon request by management

Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal SOPs and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with field teams to collect and verify supporting documents
  • Assist in preparing documentation for internal reviews or external audits

Job Requirements

  • Min SPM Graduate/ Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 
  • 1–2 years of experience in finance or admin roles preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting software (preferrable AutoCount)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight timelines
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
