Job Description

Working location: The Ascent, Paradigm PJ.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 

  • Manage office and pantry supplies ordering, stock replenishment, and vendor coordination. 
  • Oversee daily office rubbish and waste management to ensure cleanliness and proper disposal. 
  • Administer building access cards, including issuance, tracking, replacement and cancellation. 
  • Arrange and coordinate office cleaning services, including daily and periodic cleaning schedules 
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and vendors. 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and courier services.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service providers. 
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations, issuance of laptops for new joiners, face ID registration,  
  • Maintain organized databases and ensure accurate office inventory records for office and IT assets (laptops, monitors, accessories). 
  • Oversee issuance of laptops and basic office equipment for new joiners, including tracking and documentation for leavers. 
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, depending on employer preference).
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, fresh graduates are welcome too. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
