As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing strategy, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and generate high-quality leads for the sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:
🔹 Lead Management &amp; Data Handling

<li>Maintain and update lead databases, including Marketing Response Reports and Enquiry Databases.</li>
<li>Ensure all leads are accurately categorized and assigned for follow-up.</li>

🔹 Social Media Engagement
<ul>
<li>Manage customer interactions across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to build a strong online presence.</li>
<li>Respond to inquiries, monitor engagement, and grow our online community.</li>
</ul>
🔹 Lead Assignment &amp; Follow-Up
<ul>
<li>Assign organic leads to the sales team promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.</li>
</ul>
🔹 Paid Advertising Strategy &amp; Deployment
<ul>
<li>Plan, strategize, and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads to generate high-quality leads.</li>
<li>Monitor ad performance and optimize for better reach and conversion.</li>
</ul>
🔹 Budget &amp; Financial Coordination
<ul>
<li>Track ad spend and ensure campaigns remain within budget.</li>
<li>Work with finance teams to process timely payments for advertising expenses.</li>
</ul>
🔹 Vendor &amp; Freelancer Coordination
<ul>
<li>Manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers for marketing-related tasks, including design, content creation, and technical support.</li>
</ul>
🔹 Basic IT &amp; Website Support
<ul>
<li>Assist with minor IT-related tasks, including email accounts, website hosting, and server management.</li>
</ul>
