This individual will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals and hospitals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of medical products, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients to drive sales and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Sales and Business Development:</li>
<ul>
<li>Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals and hospitals</li>
<li>Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and field sales activities</li>
<li>Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.</li>
<li>Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.</li>
</ul>
<li>Customer Relationship Management:</li>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professional to drive repeat business and referrals.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare providers and their staff.</li>
</ul>
<li>Reporting and Administration:</li>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts</li>
<li>Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and performance updates to management.</li>
</ul>
