Job Description
- Conduct live streaming sessions on our TikTok/Shepee channel to engage with our audience and promote our products.
- Grow viewership and engagement by leveraging live stream performance data for continuous improvement.
- Influence and suggest optimal product mixes for live streams, including pricing, promotions, and assortments.
- Plan, produce, Plan, produce, and host engaging live video content, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and product messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create fresh content ideas for live streams and marketing video content across platforms.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve post-live stream customer
- Ensure e-shop have up-to-date stock information and identify products that could sell better.
