Job Description
- Host and present live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop to promote the products.
- Engage and interact with live audiences in a professional, fun, and persuasive manner.
- Introduce and explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to viewers.
- Answer questions and respond to comments in real-time to build trust and credibility.
- Coordinate with the content, marketing, and sales team for campaign planning and live scheduling.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and product presentation quality.
- Analyze live session results and suggest improvements to increase viewership and conversion.
Job Requirements
- Confident, charismatic, and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Able to present and speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a bonus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work during night and major online sales events.
- Experience with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or any livestream platform is a plus.
- Familiar with social media trends and live streaming platforms, with the ability to adjust content strategy based on market dynamics.
- Fast learner, goal-driven, and resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of teamwork.
