Sales Targeting Process

<li>Manage and coordinate the sales targeting process to ensure effectiveness of sales efforts and that they are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives</li>
<li>Work closely with the sales team on planning, forecasting and budgeting activities</li>
</ul>
Sales Tracking &amp; Performance Management
<ul>
<li> Track and update metrics and KPIs, including but not limited to growth, win/loss rates, and length of sales cycle to assess sales performance, identify performance gaps and drivers</li>
<li>Manage and update data and reporting dashboard for performance analyses </li>
</ul>
Principal Performance
<ul>
<li>Track and update metrics and KPIs of Principal </li>
<li>Manage and update data and reporting dashboard for performance analyses</li>
</ul>
Incentive Measurement &amp; Reward
<ul>
<li>Collate, analyze and report data on sales performance required for the incentive scheme</li>
<li>Track and update commercial operating mechanism for the management of commercial activities, funnel and sales number</li>
</ul>
Funnel Management
<ul>
<li>Track, update and monitor reporting dashboards for analysis; generate reports when required</li>
<li>Develop sales funnel training materials and manuals</li>

Demand Forecasting
<ul>
<li>Using the funnel data, to work with product and inventory management teams for demand forecasting activities  </li>
