Our signature brands — Impiana Reflexology &amp; Spa and Excellent Reflexology — offer high-quality foot and body massage services in popular travel spots such as Genting, Kuantan, Langkawi, Kijal, and Bukit Tinggi.
We specialize in walk-in and on-call spa services and collaborate with hotels, and resorts to offer convenient wellness experiences. We’re on a mission to grow our presence across Malaysia and eventually Southeast Asia, combining affordable wellness with the joy of travel.

We are looking for local Spa Therapists to join our growing wellness team. This role is suitable for therapists who are passionate about wellness, enjoy hands-on work, and value providing a comfortable and professional experience for clients.

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Perform spa treatments such as massage therapies according to company SOPs and service standards. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide a professional, friendly, and comfortable experience for clients throughout their treatment session. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist clients with basic consultation and after-treatment care advice when required. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and common working areas. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational procedures set by the Company. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support daily spa operations and assist with simple operational tasks when required. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Attend training sessions or briefings as arranged by the Company. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform any other reasonable duties related to spa operations as assigned. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
