Job Description
The Marketing Assistant is tasked with providing administrative support for the implementation of marketing projects and assisting the Brand Activation team.
Key Responsibilities
1) Marketing Assistance
- Overseeing marketing operations and managing the database for HPE, MSA projects
- Generating daily reports, managing project budgets, and overseeing the claims process
- Ensuring proper project planning and execution while allocating the appropriate resources for each initiative
- Monitoring, reporting, and addressing client concerns related to specific projects as needed
2) Support and Coordination for Brand Activation
- Providing administrative assistance to the event coordination team, including venue sourcing and support for on-ground activities
Job Requirements
- Hold a minimum qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Business Studies, Marketing, Creative Multimedia, Public Relations, Advertising, Media, Mass Communications, or a related field
