Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets. You will play a key role in managing store performance, enhancing the customer experience, and leading a team of dedicated retail associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations and support across multiple store locations as assigned, ensuring consistency in service and performance.
• Supervise and guide a team of retail associates: assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Promote teamwork and a positive working environment.
• Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Train the team on customer service standards and product knowledge.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of store products to support customer needs.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Drive sales by analyzing performance and implementing improvement strategies.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and competitor activity.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and retail guidelines.
• Stay current with retail trends and product updates 

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (further education or certification is a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
