<p>We are seeking a motivated and experienced <strong>Retail Supervisor</strong> to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets. You will play a key role in managing store performance, enhancing the customer experience, and leading a team of dedicated retail associates.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Coordinate operations and support across multiple store locations as assigned, ensuring consistency in service and performance.</li>
<li>Supervise and guide a team of retail associates: assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.</li>
<li>Promote teamwork and a positive working environment.</li>
<li>Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.</li>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues professionally.</li>
<li>Train the team on customer service standards and product knowledge.</li>
<li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of store products to support customer needs.</li>
<li>Manage store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, and visual merchandising.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages.</li>
<li>Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.</li>
<li>Drive sales by analyzing performance and implementing improvement strategies.</li>
<li>Provide feedback on customer trends and competitor activity.</li>
<li>Enforce compliance with company policies and retail guidelines.</li>
