Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations
- Lead and support service staff during shifts
- Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
- Coordinate between kitchen and service staff
- Ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Assist guests with menu knowledge and recommendations
Job Requirements
- Experience in F&B or restaurant operations
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
