Infinity Exchange is a licensed money-changing company in Malaysia, serving both retail and corporate clients. We’re expanding our B2B customer base and looking for a confident communicator who can help us build partnerships with travel agents, trading companies, and international businesses.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Approach and onboard new corporate customers for currency exchange and remittance services.</li>
<li>Identify and build relationships with SMEs, travel agencies, import/export firms, and other potential partners.</li>
<li>Maintain client lists, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth onboarding with our operations team.</li>
<li>Support promotional activities and attend meetings or events when required.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service — fresh grads with the right attitude are welcome.</li>
<li>Confident communicator with good negotiation and follow-up skills.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of business communication and customer handling.</li>
<li>Able to work independently and meet outreach targets.</li>
