Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification and Outreach:

  • Assist in identifying potential influencers based on target audience, brand alignment, and campaign objectives.
  • Support the outreach process by researching and contacting influencers through various communication channels.

Campaign Execution:

  • Collaborate with the IPM team to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, including influencer agreements, content guidelines, and deliverables.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Provide support to influencers throughout the campaign, addressing any questions or concerns that arise.

Content Coordination:

  • Work closely with influencers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Facilitate content approvals and revisions, coordinating with both influencers and internal stakeholders.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the IPM team to generate reports and insights for internal stakeholders.

Trend and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and benchmarks for improvement.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative assistance, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing campaign-related documentation.

Learning and Development:

  • Actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Stay curious and open to learning new tools, techniques, and strategies.

Job Requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
