Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Video Producer to join our creative team. As a Junior Video Producer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the production of high-quality video content. You will work closely with the video production team to conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit videos that effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our target audience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in video production to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Production: Collaborate with the video production team to assist in all aspects of video production, with maximum focus on pre-production. This may involve conducting research, gathering and organizing equipments, assisting with storyboard and script development, talent management, location scouting, budget planning and resource allocations for in-house and sponsored video production.&nbsp;
Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas and suggestions during brainstorming sessions and project meetings. Offer input on video concepts, visual styles, and storytelling techniques to enhance the overall quality and impact of the videos.
Project Coordination: Support project coordination tasks, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with team members and stakeholders. Help track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Shooting and Editing Support: Assist in video shoots, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio setup. Assist in capturing high-quality footage and audio recordings. Support the editing process by organizing and importing media files, selecting and assembling footage, and making basic edits under the guidance of senior video producers.
Post-Production Support: Assist in post-production activities, including video editing, color correction, audio mixing, and adding graphics or visual effects. Collaborate with the editing team to ensure videos are edited efficiently and meet project requirements and deadlines.
Equipment Maintenance: Help maintain and organize video production equipment, ensuring it is in working order and ready for use. Assist with equipment setup and breakdown before and after shoots.
Quality Control: Ensure video content meets the highest standards of quality, includin
visual aesthetics, audio clarity, and overall production value. Conduct quality checks and assist in revisions as needed.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video production. Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through research, training, and learning from experienced team members.&nbsp;
