<li>Develop and refine short-form video scripts, hooks, and captions aligned with content goals.</li>
<li>Add text overlays, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music.</li>
<li>Apply platform-specific editing styles and trends, especially TikTok-style pacing.</li>
<li>Perform basic color correction and audio enhancement to improve video quality.</li>
<li>Create multiple versions of the same video optimized for different platforms.</li>
<li>Organize and manage video files, assets, and project versions.</li>
<li>Meet daily and weekly content deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
