Key Responsibilities

• Video Production
   
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media (FB, IG, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, YouTube)
   
• Film events, interviews, behind-the-scenes, and product videos
   
• Operate camera, lighting, audio, and other necessary equipment
   
• Post-Production
   
• Edit raw footage into engaging, short and long-form video content
   
• Add subtitles, sound design, transitions, and visual effects as needed
   
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, message, and visual identity
   
• Creative Collaboration
   
• Work with marketing and content teams to brainstorm ideas
   
• Support in scriptwriting or storyboarding when required
   
• Ensure brand consistency and creativity across all video projects
   
• Asset Management
   
• Organize and archive footage properly
   
• Manage file exports, resizing for platforms, and delivery deadlines

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing
   
• Proficient in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
   
• Basic skills in motion graphics and color grading is a plus
   
• Knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and sound
   
• Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and pacing
   
• Able to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
   
• Language: Mandarin (main), English (preferred)
