About the Role

Develop innovative, cost-effective, visually appealing, and structurally sound point of purchase temporary displays. The position requires the ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

•  Collaborate with sales team, and other design team members to determine needs, develop effective programs and communicate project deliverables and status
•  Ability to complete task related (how to be printed, die cut, glued, and assembled) for the corrugated structural design of corrugated displays and packaging
•  Ideation/concept development for existing and new customers
•  Evaluate consumer and market trends for corrugate displays
•  Deliver end products in a timely manner, meeting deadlines consistently
•  Creates quality samples and mock ups for customer approval 
•  Review and monitor display/package design and assist with resolving the issue or improve the performance, to ensure all designs fall within testing standard
•  Multi-task in a fast-moving environment and work under pressure 

Job Requirements

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Packing Design, or equivalent experience
•  3-5 years of corrugated Point of Purchase display or packaging experience / hand assembling formed item prototypes
•  1 year of experience in graphic design using AI/Photoshop to produce art for production
•  Strong listening, evaluating, and problem solving skills
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills
•  Knowledge of printing production
