<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p>
<p>To develop technical and structural design solutions for point-of-sale materials (POSM), retail display units, and event activation setups. The role ensures structural feasibility, cost-efficiency, and readiness for production execution, while aligning with campaign objectives and brand requirements.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design structural layouts, dielines, and exploded-view technical drawings for POSM formats such as FSDUs, CTUs, shelf trays, and temporary displays.</li>
<li>Translate creative briefs and sketches into 3D visualizations and technical drawings for client or production use.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal teams (Creative, Client Servicing, Production, Procurement) to ensure clarity of structure, material use, and execution plans.</li>
<li>Revise designs based on feasibility feedback, cost constraints, or material compatibility.</li>
<li>Participate in physical prototyping, mockup builds, and on-site installation assessments.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of measurements, folding logic, material call-outs, and structural annotations in all files.</li>
<li>Maintain organized dieline libraries, versioned files, and project archives in shared servers.</li>
<li>Focus strictly on structure and form; final visual layout and print formatting are managed by DTP Artists.</li>
</ul>
