Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Digital Designer to support the production of high-volume ad and social media videos. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing and editing short-form videos, experimenting with trends, and working with tools like CapCut and Adobe software and also new AI tools as part of the process to produce engaging, performance-ready content both static and video formats. 

You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to turn concepts, stock footage, and raw assets into polished video and static ads at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form video and static content for digital ads and social platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Produce high volumes of static and video variations efficiently (resizing, re-cutting, versioning).
• Usage of AI tools and new AI products to produce video ads and social content faster. Examples include , HeyGen, Invideo, , or feed based creative output.
• Apply motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and music.
• Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs to ensure consistency.
• Support A/B creative variations for advertising campaigns.
• Assist in organising, exporting, and managing video and static files and assets.
• Stay updated on video and static ad trends, formats, and platform best practices.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experience with AI tools as part of digital design flow for creative production 
• Familiarity with CapCut (mobile or desktop) , Adobe Premier, After Effects is a must.
• Usage and understanding of AI tools similar but not limited to Invideo, Creatify , Higsfield as examples to generate, produce and help in the creation of video and static content. 
• Understanding of short-form video formats and social media trends.
• Ability to work fast while maintaining quality.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
• Portfolio or sample videos (personal projects, social content) preferred.

Valued Additions

• Experience editing and producing ads or social media static content and videos.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or subtitles animation.
• Interest in digital marketing, advertising, or content creation.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or basic design tools.
