We Make Quality Glasses For Everyone 

&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
<ul>
<li>Familiar with payroll software and government portals (e.g., KWSP, SOCSO, MyTax).</li>
<li>Calculate and track staff attendance, leave records, and lateness deductions.</li>
<li>Handle monthly payroll, commission, and statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).</li>
<li>Prepare and submit Form E, CP8D, and other statutory reports as required by LHDN.</li>
<li>Prepare employee confirmation, resignation, increment, and warning letters.</li>
<li>Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, shortlisting, issuing application forms, and offer letters.</li>
<li>Maintain employee records and update HR database regularly.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing staff activities and events.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.</li>
</ul>
Administration:
<ul>
<li>Liaise with landlords for tenancy agreements, renewals, stamping, and rental invoices.</li>
<li>Manage company license renewals and ensure timely application.</li>
<li>Assist in company registration processes and prepare supporting documents.</li>
<li>Maintain and update administrative documents, records, and filing systems.</li>
<li>Handle stationery, courier services, and office maintenance when required.</li>
<li>Support general office operations and provide ad hoc support as needed.</li>
</ul>
