Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Executive who will manage and execute client campaigns with a focus on Social Media and Google Ads. This role involves creating tailored digital marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and delivering results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both platforms and a customer-first mindset to ensure that client campaigns are successful, optimized, and meet KPIs.

Social Media Management:

•  Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns for clients across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and others.
•  Create and schedule engaging social media content (posts, ads) based on client branding and objectives.
•  Monitor client social media engagement and performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
•  Provide clients with performance reports and actionable insights to improve their social media presence.

Google Ads Campaign Management:

•  Manage client Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, etc.), ensuring optimal targeting, keyword strategy, and ad copy.
•  Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI, including adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting.
•  Analyze and report on Google Ads performance, sharing insights and data-driven recommendations with clients.
•  Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Job Requirements

•  Proven experience managing client campaigns in Social Media or Google Ads (preferably 1-2 years).
•  Strong ability to create and implement tailored strategies for clients across social media and paid advertising platforms.
•  Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop to create compelling visuals for ad campaigns.
•  Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, and other reporting platforms.
•  Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting campaign results effectively.
•  Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and performance-driven results.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on campaign performance.
•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
