What are We Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Project & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, marketing innovation, and storytelling — with the ability to manage multiple projects and bring ideas to life. You will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and working closely with clients, KOLs, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines, adapting to any changes or challenges that arise.
• Oversee and monitor the day-to-day operations of our social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Responsible for communication with clients, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and agents to build strong relationships and partnerships.
• Develop and execute creative ideas for events and marketing.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin & English
• Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and/or event planning
• Experience in Google Ads, and proficiency in operating Meta Ads Manager is highly desirable.
• Passionate about social media and up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh, engaging ideas
• Existing content portfolio to share including copy, video posts, ads, campaigns
• Fresh grads are welcomed
