Job Description

We are looking for a motivated intern to assist with outbound calling, lead generation, and basic sales support. You will contact potential customers, update CRM records, handle enquiries, and help schedule appointments for the sales team. This role is suitable for students or fresh graduates who are confident, proactive, and eager to learn sales skills.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
  • Support the sales team in following up on leads and enquiries
  • Assist in updating and maintaining customer databases and CRM records
  • Respond to basic customer questions and provide product information
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-up calls for the sales team, where applicable
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions, where applicable
  • Provide administrative support related to sales activities  

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Good communication skills and a pleasant phone manner
  • Confident, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Able to work independently and meet call targets
