Job Description

  • Prospect new leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and purchasing authority.
  • Research potential customers to understand their industry, challenges, and buying signals.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Use sales tools (CRM, email campaigns, etc.) to track and nurture leads.
  • Follow up with leads, ensuring timely responses and maintaining consistent communication
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects and answer questions about solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing, close deals, and convert prospects into customers
  • Handle objections and overcome challenges to drive sales to completion

Job Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of working experience, preferable candidates have B2B sales experience and came from software or technology industry which sounds IT.
  • B2C or customer service experience are welcome to apply.
  • Diploma or higher education in any area.
  • Well spoken in English, Proactive and Outgoing.
  • Able to build rapport/ Engage with customer with presentation.
  • Able to make at least 50 phone calls per day.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
