Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Content Specialist to support the growth of our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and digital trends. You will focus on creating and managing content across our social platforms, while learning and developing your skills in digital marketing and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating social media content such as posts, carousels, and short-form videos
• Use tools like Canva (and basic Adobe tools) to create visual assets
• Write clear and engaging captions for social media posts
• Schedule and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. etc
• Monitor comments and messages, and respond when required
• Assist in maintaining a content calendar
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign plans
• Provide monthly reports and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field
• Strong written English with the ability to write clear and professional captions
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva (Adobe tools are a plus)
• Organized and able to manage tasks such as content scheduling
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, responsible, and a good team player
