<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<h4>1. Content Strategy &amp; Ideation</h4>
<ul>
<li>Participate in campaign pitches, proposals, and creative brainstorming sessions</li>
<li>Develop content ideas, creative direction, and storytelling concepts for client campaigns</li>
<li>Plan and structure cross-platform content strategies (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)</li>
<li>Create content calendars and production timelines aligned with marketing goals</li>
<li>Research industry trends, audience behavior, and client needs</li>
</ul>
<h4>2. Content Production</h4>
<ul>
<li>Plan, shoot, and produce video content across various formats (short-form, ads, social content)</li>
<li>Operate cameras, lighting, and production equipment</li>
<li>Edit and enhance videos (cutting, color, sound, motion elements)</li>
<li>Ensure high-quality output aligned with brand and campaign direction</li>
<li>Stay updated on trends, formats, and emerging content styles</li>
</ul>
<h4>3. Content Management</h4>
<ul>
<li>Monitor content performance and optimize accordingly&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage publishing schedules and track KPIs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Engage with audience when required&nbsp;</li>
