<ins>RESPONSIBILITY:</ins>
You will play an important role in managing assigned projects autonomously during all phases of the product development, from customer’s brief to first order.
Client &amp; Project Management
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects.</li>
<li>Coordinate end-to-end customer projects with internal teams, including marketing samples, formulation, packaging, pricing &amp; costing, testing, colour matching, artwork and regulatory documentation.</li>
<li>Plan, monitor and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Proactively identify potential risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop alternative solutions.</li>
<li>Monitor cost drivers and flag potential deviations.</li>
<li>Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and executed internally.</li>
<li>Compile and provide accurate information for product manufacturing instructions.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tracking and analytics.</li>
<li>Expedite project deliverables to support sales targets and incentive achievements.</li>
</ul>
Process Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement
