RESPONSIBILITY:

You will play an important role in managing assigned projects autonomously during all phases of the product development, from customer’s brief to first order.

Client & Project Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects.
• Coordinate end-to-end customer projects with internal teams, including marketing samples, formulation, packaging, pricing & costing, testing, colour matching, artwork and regulatory documentation.
• Plan, monitor and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Proactively identify potential risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop alternative solutions.
• Monitor cost drivers and flag potential deviations.
• Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and executed internally.
• Compile and provide accurate information for product manufacturing instructions.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tracking and analytics.
• Expedite project deliverables to support sales targets and incentive achievements.

Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Improve productivity by simplifying and enhancing work processes.
• Own end-to-end tracking of the sales funnel and key operational metrics.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to sales management to improve performance.

Job Requirements

  JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Management/Sales/Marketing/Chemical Engineering or equivalent. 
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply if they possess relevant qualifications, as training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, organisational skills, analytical skills and able to work in a team.
• At least fluent in both written and speaking in English. For those who are able to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
